1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of iotech.to and its pages (the "website"), operated by IOTECH Limited ("IOTECH", "we", "us"), 20 Okotie Eboh Close, Off Awolowo Road, S.W. Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. IOTECH is licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Our services and customer agreements
The website describes our connectivity and network services for information only. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Every service is provided under a separate written service agreement, order form or quotation, together with any applicable service level agreement (SLA). If those documents conflict with these terms, the service agreement and SLA prevail for that service.
Figures such as uptime, speeds and deployment timelines on the website describe our typical service. The commitments that apply to you are those set out in your own agreement and SLA. Quotes are valid only for the period stated on them.
3. Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our network or our systems, or interfere with their operation or security;
- send spam, malicious code or automated submissions through our forms;
- copy, scrape or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use of our services
Customers must use our services lawfully and in line with their service agreement, Nigerian law and NCC regulations. This includes not using the service to transmit unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attack or disrupt any network. We may suspend a service, in line with your agreement, where it is being used in breach of these requirements or where required by law or a regulator.
5. Intellectual property
The website, including its text, design, illustrations, logos and the IOTECH name, belongs to IOTECH or our licensors. Client names and logos are the property of their owners and are shown to identify organisations we work with. Nothing on the website grants you a licence to use our or anyone else's trademarks.
6. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but information may change and the website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party sites, such as Google Maps or our regulators. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IOTECH is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website. Our liability for services is set out in your service agreement and SLA. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law, or your rights as a consumer under the NCC Consumer Code of Practice Regulations.

10. Complaints

We will acknowledge and handle your complaint in line with the NCC Consumer Code of Practice. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the NCC Consumer Affairs Bureau on the toll-free line 622 or via ncc.gov.ng.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any right to refer a complaint to the NCC.
